Workout as a family
As much as the bad habits, the good habit too gets down from the family. Make working out a habit and a part of your daily routine. You could buy workout CD’s in family mode and do them together at home or have workout classes separately for each other. While you are stretching at the adult’s section, your kids can enjoy a burn out session at children yoga. Make sure to talk about the day’s work out with them whether it was difficult or enjoyable.
